My lights shorted or something. They went off and i turned the timer to manual to turn them back on and it flipped the breaker. Flipped the breaker back but now the lights wont come on :( Need a cheap 2x96w ballast please. Going to college in Austin and don't have much money but this is a necessity. Thanks
