I drilled my 75 gallon tank today with some hole saws i got off of ebay. It was so easy . I thought to myself "Im a BAD***" I might of said it out loud, I cant remember. still smiling

well, glad it worked out. i tried drilling a 10 gl. didn't work out. too thin I guess.

It was a black oak oceanic 75 gal and the glass was pretty thick. I used the saws with the pilot bit so it didnt walk around at all

nice! I drilled mine a couple weeks ago using overflow and return kits from glass-holes.com. Have to agree; it was easier than I thought.

The little cheap 10 gallon tanks are usually made with tempered glass. Glass that has been "Tempered" will Shatter if you drill it. :ph34r:
