Can anyone tell from the picture if this is the start of Bryopsis?

There is a green form of cyano, and your picture looks a lot like the little patch that turned up in my tank a few weeks ago. If it's cyano, it will siphon off, in which case you might just keep an eye on your nutrient levels for a little while
