I got 2 Icecap 175w 14k bulbs for 59.95 each from here http://www.aquariumhardware.com/catalog/IceCap-175W-Mogul-14K-692.html and they have a nice blue to them. I have 2 reeflux 12k on another tank and I prefer the Icecap over it. Hope this helps you out.
