Clams are doing well.
Squamosa was sold as 6", but shell seems a little bigger. Open and with mantle out is probably closer to 10".
Other one is the crocea.

That squamosa is beautiful. Great buy. It may look better from the top but even in your photo it looks great.

Thanks.
I am unclear and disappointed, but the crocea died overnight. It was still in the sand bed in main tank so not too much light. It was doing a weird thing yesterday where it was opening and closing repeatedly with no stimulation. The are 2 cleaner shrimp in there that never went near it.........or I never say go near it day or night, and I look a lot.
I also have a small ORA Derasa in there for a couple of months doing fine.
The big clam continues to do well.
No clam unfriendly fish.
ALL parameters good.
Dont know what happened.

My crocea did the exact same thing that I ordered only it did it overnight the first night. I was very unsure of what happened. I e-mailed Barry twice but haven't received a response yet.

hmmm, sorry about yours.
I did email Barry earlier, also.
Amazing they can go through all the time to grow that big, endure all the travel to Barry and then us, only to succumb so fast. Sad.

Mine is still going strong also.
How long before it attaches itself? I know something was said about it at the presentation, but I don't remember. My crabs and snails keep knocking the little guy over.
