Help With Building Overflow

I've seen several different ways to build overflow plumbing systems for tanks on the internet, but I was wondering which one you veterans think perform the best and quietest...... I have just picked up my 120 rimless starphire tank from glass cages and am ready to set it up... Tomorrow I will go buy the pvc so please let me know! :) thanks a lot!:thumbs_up::heart:

yes it has 2 holes in the overflow
