I'm looking to increase the size of the pump within the last chamber. I want to push water up and out of the tank to a small chiller and then return it back to the tank. I'm going to try and mount the chiller near the same height as the tank so it won't need to push it up a high stand.
LMK what you've stuffed into one.

Does it have to be inside the last chamber? You could run an external pump.

I'm considering drilling the back of the tank. It would require both an exit and return hole. I'd need to keep the bulkhead down around 1/2". I'd consider it but it needs to happen very soon.
Yeah, let's do it. I need a bit that will fit a 1/2" bulkhead and I need to know if I can drill the back glass of an Oceanic Biocube 8g.

Hey Mike,
I know a few people on nano-reef have drilled their biocube's and it is 50/50 on whether it will break or not. So, drilling two holes, your chances don't look good :)
What are the dimensions of the last chamber? I picked up one of those new Maxi Jet 1100 @ 294gph to run my whole tank (including chiller). Dimensions of that pump are 2 3/4 IN. X 1 3/4 IN. X 3 IN.
