If they're blue, they aren't Aiptasia. More likely some type of Parazoanthus. In which case I would agree with the previous post, grow 'em & sell 'em!

i started growing some that are black and white striped...i was like wtf, don't know what it is. anyone got any idea. they look just like the pic bigkglen posted only black and white.

I think Bill means they may be purty, but that doesn't mean they aren't aiptasia.
In other words:
A wolf in sheep's clothing--shocking blue sheep's clothing. Now that's a sweater!!
I don't know, Bill...I might be willing to put up with aiptasia that is neon in color...

If you've had aptasia, you don't care WHAT color they are, you don't want them. And yes, you explained my comment exactly.
Kind of how some folks think about GSP.

thanks for the clarification...i had never heard that before. but i get it and ya'll are right. now, any suggestions on how to rid it from my tank. it is stuck in between some nice zoo's and i don't want to mess them up.
