i tried to open the marine pest link and it would let me. i know a while back i was able to open it but now it wont let me and a page come up saying " FORBIDDEN, You do not have permission to access this document." im suppose to be a chater member???

I bet the file was moved to a different location on the server, hence the link not working. Or possibly it got deleted when doing a backup install. Maybe Brian (greenmako) can track it down......
