My 10k light on my bio cube stopped working the other day.
So i get a new bulb only to find out that the new one doesnt work either.
And i think it is the switch to turn it on.
Did anyone else encounter this problem?
Advice Please!!!

most likely it's the ballast on the bio cube. You can easily call Energy Saver Unlimited's Warranty replacement department at 1-800-255-4527, and they should ship you a new one for free.

Thanks for the help.
The actinic light still works will that keep my coral alive?

They will replace the ballast with no questions asked. As for actnic, the blue light waves is what corals depend on most since they are the longer wave lengths. This should tide you over for a few days, but get it replaced asap. Goodluck and let us know if we can help. Maybe someone has a spare light to loan out if you think you might begin to lose your corals.

I had a similar problem with my BioCube, you can switch the bulbs around if you need to while you wait on the part. Also some of the shops in town might do a switch out for you and do the warranty call. Just depends if they have one to do so with. Just keep an eye out on the critters and swap the bulbs around if you need to.
