Foxfaces are very hearty, I have heard of people cycling tanks with them. Keep an eye on the ammonia to make sure it doesn't spike. Shouldn't be a problem if your rock is cured.

They are posionous though. Their dorsal fins produce a sting similar to that of a bee. It has never been a problem for us because they seem to be more afraid of us than we are of them. They always swim away when we reach into the tank. But just to be safe don't try to pet your foxface.

Im aware they have venom in their spines.
I was worried they wouldnt fit in a 75g.
Are they reef safe or will they eat my corals?

Shouldn't have any problems with compatability with these, I did see one eat a patch of dying zoas once. They are primarily an algae eater, and shouldn't mess with corals unless they have algae growing on them. Can eat macros and bubble algae. Should be ok in a 75, 48x18x20

It's all cured in our tanks now, we are breeding rotifers and pods on them, same price, for now.

Update on rock, there may be problems getting rock out of Fiji now too. As many of you know Tonga has already been shut down. Not sure of future quality of rock. May have to start importing from Indonesia. Rock will be $1.99-$2.99 through the weekend, then will go to $2.99-$5.99.

I would recomend 75-125 for reef, but it's really what looks good to you. The more the merrier.
