Crisis adverted!!!

So, I come home from my weekly trip to my LFS with a beautiful frogspawn and some green mushrooms. I walk into my house and the heat hits me....my A/C has died!! Being new to salt water tanks my first reaction was to panic...but thanks to you guys here, I knew exactly what to do. I immediately put some water bottles in my freezer, took the top off my tank and put a fan on it! I managed to keep my temp between 79.5-80.5 even though my house was like an oven. The A/C guy is finishing up as I write this and I should have a cool house fairly soon. Not bad for someone who's been in the hobby for less than 2 months....I'm pretty proud of myself. I have to give you guys here thanks for having such a great place for newbies like me!!!

Ha! Could guys explain that to my family? They thought that I had lost my mind...worrying so much about "fish" while they and the family dogs were dying a slow hot death!! :whew:
