what size circulation pump to use

I'm a newbie to aquatics...i have a 125g fish/reef tank. Interested in buying Koralia pump. Which is best Koralia 1 @ 400GPH, Koralia 2 @ 600GPH, Koralia 3 @ 850GPH??

for that size tank I would say to go with a couple of #4s atleast

Go w/the #4's. Or, use the maxijet 1200 sureflows. It sounds like a lot of water flow, but when it's directed over a wide area, then 850+gph isn't too much.

i agree, 4s would be the best choice right now..... i think they are coming out with a 5, 6, 7, and 8 that push even more water.

I havent herd that, but the controlable one are not worth the money IMO. By the time you get the controler and the powerheads you are at the price of vortechs. Just my 2 cents! LOL
