I just ordered from them, they seem to be pretty good,, Aces tank is a glasscages tank.. they will only ship to specified drop of spots and it is around $100 to do so.. to get shipped to your door is about $400-$600.. I am driving to houston to pick mine up

I just got my new 180 from them and it was very good. I picked mine up in Nashville though as I was driving from MD to TX.

Only thing I got from them was a 20" x 20" x8" frag tank, drilled for overflow and return with bulkheads and scrylic overflow cover. It was small enogh to be afforably shipped to my house. I am pleased with it.

Just depends. Usually they just schedule stops in either Houston or Dallas. The next dates for those cities are on Sep 20, which may be too soon to place an order. Keep an eye out on the delivery schedule as they tend to update it over time.

btw what size tank are you looking at getting?

I bought their 125g a few years back and was very happy with it. I will order from them again and most likely do the Houston pickup. They prefer it that way really, they usually attend the reptile shows their and Dallas at least once a month. Yes shipping directly to you will cost a lot. They do not use a compnay for their larger tanks the deliver them selves in a 18 wheeler.

Back in May I was considering buying a tank from them. I e-mailed them and asked about shipping; the replied that they do come to SA, and that I could meet their driver and pick it up for $45.00. try e-mailing them.

If you are getting standard glass and a standard size they should have it built and in stock. and may be able to get it here by the 20th. They do charge 25 bucks a hole if you want it drilled.

if you look on reef central theres good and bad,.... if something goes wrong with it youre stuffed as they wont replace it or anything... occasionally people have reported that the tank needs a bit of a clean up, but when its good people seem to be very happy

not always true. we had a member with a 240 that leaked and they replaced it and paid for shipping on the return and the new one.

I think that they would help out. I picked mine up at there place and talked to Tom the owner for a while and he seemed very nice and helpful.

thats worth knowing, but not the general theme of the posts on reef central.. i personally have no experience with them other than someone i know ordered one and was very happy with it..
