What's best way to clean acrylic and taking off coralline without scratching it?

plastic scraper from KENT. It is made for acrylic aquariums.

If the eqpt is offline: soak paper towels in vinegar and stick them to the surface, spraying more on with a spray bottle every once in a while. In a couple of hours it comes off like pie.
