Ghost Shrimp/Port A/ Corpus

A few of use are going down for a collecting trip in September. We have a good idea where to get Peppermint shrimp and other critters on the jetties. But, I would like to collect some ghost shrimp for my sea horses, little buggers eat like pigs. Can anyone give me info on where and how to collect them. I remember reading something about near the A&M campus.
Is it permitted to seine for they or just dip net them? Sorry, if that was a stupic question. I always buy them out of the store.
