So this thread is not to start a war on the best store in SA but to figure out the best one to visit while in SA.
Saturday I am going to be in SA and have some time to kill and wanted to check out some cool reef stores. I am not buying but just wanna look at things mostly. I am going to be on the Live Oak side of town and am looking for some advice.

I really like Aquarium Designs, it's not too far from B&B so you could visit both pretty easily.

yeah why go to just one. Aquarium Designs and B&B are both just a couple of miles off of highway 1604 so you could easily visit both. Probably a 15 min drive from one to the other.

Here's another vote for B&B and AD. Both are great stores.

Alamo Aquatics is working on a brand new salwater section that looks promising, but im not sure of when that will be complete.

Coming down 35 going south stop at Darby's in NB. Get back on 35 go south, take a right on 410 west to Vance Jackson to Texas Tropical. Get back on 410 west and get off on Bandera road and go north, couple miles on the left will be Alamo Aquatics. Get back on Bandera going north take a right on Eckert road and on your right will be Phenomenal Aquatics. Get back on Eckert go to Huebner take a left and get on I-10 east then get on 410 east go to Blanco Road. Go north until you get to B & B on the left. When you leave B & B go north to 1604 take a right and go north to 281/San Pedro then go south to Brook Hollow to Jason's Place Aquarium designs. Time to travel this will be less than getting across Austin on a Friday afternoon at 4:30. Since you will probably get lost with these directions go to maps.com? Oh yea almost forgot call Jordan and see about picking up some live Phytoplankton, Rotifiers and Copods.

Thanks guys... I will see what I can squeeze in. For $2.99 frags I wish I was going to be driving right back to Round Rock after visiting. My tank has little to nothing in it and I could use some new items. Maybe next time.
