We brought back many neat additions, but I have a few questions.
2 Blennies -look like small Watchman, but they have a red feathery plum on the top of their heads.
3 mystery shrimp with white dotes up and down the body, small claws and very aggressive attitudes. (in the refuge for now)
A Sargassum Angler/Frog fish. This little guy uses his fins like webbed hands and feet to hang onto rock or push off walls. Very interesting to watch and I was warned he will eat anything not bigger than he is. (into the big fish tank LOL) Any thing else I should know about this one.
And a Striped File Fish. Does anyone know how reef safe he is? So far he has spent hours flirting with his reflection, then just keeps swimming into the currents. His tail was pretty beat up, but he really doesn't seem to use it much. He has been very peaceful towards his tank mates, just seems very curious and I caught him nibbling on my xenia, but he spit it out...hummm
UPDATE
I did it! I did it! I added pictures. The first two are the Sargassum curled around a coral lying in wait to eat the filefish who is 8 times bigger as seen in the third picture. No, the filefish is not reef safe...but is looking for a new home ASAP!
