I've decided I need a different style tank to house certain fish that I want so I need to get sell this tank.

I'm going to get either a 6x2x2, 7x2x2, or 8x2x2 tank so that I can keep some tangs, triggers, and angels that I otherwise couldn't in this tank.

What's wrong with the skimmer?

There is nothing wrong with it but I just dont like using skimmers since I find my softie dominated tanks do better with a DSB,fuges and water changes. Running off the mag pump it fills the cup pretty easily with cola colored juice .
I got it with the tank when I bought it ~ 3 years ago and didnt use it at all until I set my tank back up after a leak repair ~ year ago. I turned it off a month ago and think my tank does better now.
The skimmer is still in my sump so I could fire it up if you wanted to check it out and I'll post some pictures of it in a bit. I probably wouldnt mess with selling it but I just really dig those fish and think they would do great in a 6" deep sand bed!

What bulbs are in the 250w MH coralife and how old are they & the actinics?

no idea on age of bulbs, probably 14,000k? and no idea on age of actinic bulbs. They work.
