This is a CPR BackPak with a intergrated Ice Probe Chiller. Worked great on our 40gallon.

Does come with the collection cup at the top, and you can take the powerhead we had for it, but id recommend getting a new one.

Its up to 40g. Heres the specs.... It can cool this many degrees for each size tank:
