power outage

I had a black out last nite and I had water all on my wood floor it **** me off. I ve had my water running great for four months. until this black out. what is suggested I do to avoid this again.

We can't really give you any suggestions if we don't know anything about your setup.. what kind of overflow, sump etc.

I got a heavy duty UPS (battery back), had to use it today. The wife called and said the power went out but the pumps were still pumpin.
