how many degrees do you need the current temp to drop?

I think either would be fine for a 14gal. However, I would always go a little bigger with the 1/15 or even the 1/10 for future upgrading.

temp can easily hit 85 degrees. what im worried about is what if the ac ever goes out? i was thinking that i could go higher for a future upgrade to an RSM or 29g biocube, but for now its going to be for a 14g.

so i should be looking at the 1/15 or 1/10th? thanks guys!!

btw, i found the 1/15 for 255 and up to 50 gallons while the 1/10 is up to 70g for 335. should i go for the 1/15? the largeest i would get a nano would be something like the RSM, i like the look of the All-in-one tanks

This is the one I would go with, I use it on my 34gal
