I have a 75G RR, my return pump has 590GPH and I have two K3's. (just to give you an idea how much flow it has). My question is what kind of fish can I stock that will be okay with the flow? I had a couple of clownfish that didn't seem to care for all of the flow. are some fish happier with less flow?

Wrasse's are pretty good with alot a flow. But that doesn't seem like a lot of flow to me. I had 2 seio 1100's, 1 KORALIA 3, 1 MODDED mj 900 and my eheim 6012 (I think). I had 2 wrasses, 2 percs, and and algae blennie. Clowns aren't cery good swimmers to begin with but they can do ok with the flow.

I have aq 700gph return and a k2 on my 30 gallon tank, and if my giant leather could handle it I would have more. I have a clown that loves to swim infront of the k2

My mushrooms don't seem to care for the flow either.

You can pretty much keep any fish with that setup (flow wise). Clowns will find a close knit home either where there anemone is or away from the high flow spots. From there, what ever fish you have may love the flow *(ala a treadmill) or will put up with it if you have adequate rock work for some hiding spots :)

Alright, I feel better now. I guess that's not too much flow either. Thanks for your help!!
