My Black and White Ocellaris Clowns are too big and aggressive for my nanocube. They were tank-bred and and are a bonded male-female pair. The larger is probably 2.5 in and the smaller 2 in. They are super healthy, beefy, and voracious feeders. I've had them 18 months. They are hosted by 3 BT anemones which will go with them. The upper anemone will be too hard to remove from his rock so I'll send them together. Package deal only

From the pics, it looks like those are 2 Long Tentacle Anemones and one frog spawn towards the back left???
Nice looking clowns by the way!

They do have long tentacles at times but after feeding they bubble up. Its hard to see, but the bottom left are actually two anemones right next to each other. I started with one anemone, but the "mother" has split twice since i got it. And yes that is a frogspawn in the back left which the clownfish leave alone.

Nice clowns. I might be interested in them without the anemones for a lower price. I have 2 anemones already, and dont really have space for the other 2.

what kind of anemones do you have? We need to be sure they're compatible. I hate to break them up- the clowns love their anemones and I believe their compatibility is what has kept them all so vigorous.

Looks like the sebae is not an easy host for these clowns. Maybe you'd like to take just one of my anenomes.

I might be willing to trade the sebae for one of yours. I am sure the fish would love that. How much for the fish and trade?

How large is the sebae? I only have a 28g nanocube, and it's crowded. Can you post a pic?

I'd like to know the color- I understand they can range from white to tan to pink.

it is white with blue tips. I have had it for 5 months and it eats well and is very sticky. The guy I got it from had it for almost a year and said it looked the way it does the whole time he has had it. It is white, and yellow under actenics. very beautiful anem. I will try and post some pics soon.

Sounds pretty- and a nice size. However, I closed a deal on the clownfish yesterday. Felt happy about the buyer- 240 gal tank with a lot of experience. Had something very traumatic happen though during the capture- was siphoning some water into his bucket and the female attacked the siphon tube (5/8 inch) and got her head sucked into and lodged very firmly in the tubing. Blowing backwards would not dislodge her. Finally had to cut the tubing and push her back with a finger. She was obviously bruised and shaken but so far has survived. Stupid on my part- combination of my not paying attention, not having a grate on my tube, and an aggressive fish. Hope she recovers.

Hope she recovers.
Most likely she will. Clownfish are pretty tough fish. Hopefully she does well. Let us know!
