I think it will but I was told by numerous people that it is a piece of crap when I asked about getting it for my old BC 14 also.

biocube has their own skimmer and its around the same price range maybe $10 more

I heard it was a piece of crap from everyone so i borrowed one to try it out. It works great on my 22 gallon tank in the built in sump area but it sucked on her 20 gallon. We think the direct port hookup helped it not suck as badly. It cleans well and i'm content with it until I upgrade.

chris, try it out and get back to me. i also want you to try out the biocube skimmer. tell me which of the two are better :bigsmile:

they both look like they suck, but theyre only 30 bucks i think

i have a 24 gallon aquapod and I just took off the top and put a hob skimmer on it. I figure the more time the water comes in contact with bubbles the better

you might not even want a skimmer, lots of people have had success in the nanos with keeping even sps with out one
