I have one a like it.. ordered from their website and the experience was less than desirable,, I got it and had two broken parts, a missing piece and the unions to attach the pumps to did not line up.. I sent it back so they could send me a new one and they sent me the same one back with new parts.. unacceptable to me.. I like the design and it is a decent skimmer. just not the best service in the world I bought it from octopuskimmer.com
