Calcium Reactor Package

I have a Korallin calcium reactor that I will be needing to set up soon. I have found a package deal from Aquacave for $289.95 (includes shipping) that includes:
- CO2 Cylinder
- Your choice of CO2 Regulator with Solenoid Valve
- Your choice of pH Controller
- Your choice of Calcium Reactor Media
- 10 ft. of CO2 resistant Tubing
- Co2 Check Valve by Azoo
- Bubble Counter Liquid

I am wanting suggestions on the Co2 regulator and pH controller.

1) The package for $289 includes a Milwaukee MA957 Co2 Regulator. I have the following options:

AquaMedic w/ solonoid valve (add $90 to package price)
Reef Fantastic (add $50)
JBJ (add $10)

Am I ok with the Milwaukee or is it worth the money to upgrade? Suggestions?

2) The $289 package includes the Milwaukee pH controller. My upgrade options are:
Pinpoint pH Controller (add $80 to package)
Aquamedic pH Controller (add $260)
Tunze pH Controller (add $329)
Reef Fantastic pH Controller (add $70)

Once again, am I ok with the Milwaukee PH controller or is an upgrade needed?

It sounds like the Milwaukee pH monitor will be fine. How about the regulator? Does $289 seem like a good price?

That is about what I spent on mine (before the discount) - all but the regulator was purchased through them. I think I must have missed the package when I ordered.

Will most CO2 suppliers accept outside bottles? I remember Praxair in Austin wouldn't fill my brand new 5lb bottle for safety reasons since it wasn't one of theirs.

There is a HomeBrew store in Austin that filled mine. I think there is an inpection date (most likely like fire extinguishers,etc.) on these and that they should not be expired.

When I lived in the Dallas area, there was a place I would take my CO2 bottle to (freshwater planted tank then) but had to specify I wanted MY bottle back - not just some crummy looking thing they had. :)
