I am new to the group order. Who pays for the shipping?

Since the initial order is coming to SA, the SA region will divide the shipping equally by the amount of members buying out of this region. Austin and CC/RGV will not incur any shipping at this time.
Any part of the order that will be going to Austin or CC/RGV will divide the $10-$15 Lonestar shipping fees equally between the amount of members buying out of that region.
If anyone from the North/South regions elect to pick up the order in SA, the shipping/gas cost can be agreeded upon by that region.
