:at_wits_end:Hello All
its hard for me to explain so i added a illustration to help me try to explain. http://develop.webheadgroup.com/naca/overflow_ill2.htm
for the pictures in URL you will find that I am having issues with entire set up. One of my hold ups is the overflow box. If i were to drill for bulkheads do i need anything else to go with it. 1 or 2 pipes. (clogging issues, etc.) Please take a look at the illustrations and thanks for your time and advice. - E!

p.s since all will be internal (in walls) right time the first time, if even possible

OMG, what did you do to your house? man... there is no turning back now.
Is the drill side temper? You can have one 2" hole since it's only 55g. And what side of town are you in? See if i can come by and help you out with whatever i can.

You are going to have to vent it!!! Evaporation is going to be nasty with mold growing in the walls without some kind of vent. PLEASE keep that in mind.

hee hee, ya my wife says the same thing, I always seem to have some kind of home improvements going on....As far as tempered the tank is a bruce tank and it reads all glass at the bottom of the tank. So with one 2" going down to the sump should be ample? how big would the pvc pipe going down be? i am/was hoping for this therefore no modification are needed. I am in the south side 410 and 16 by palo alto college. You can see here what i had previous http://develop.webheadgroup.com/naca/fountain/default.htm I will definately consider the vent issue dont want it to mold in there, thanks. So any issues that you can think of with just using one? do i need a breather hole? like at the top 90 degree elbow? And cloggage issue i should keep in mind? thanks for the offer aqua. - E!
