how many of yall guys/girls use the epoxy puddy stuff to hold your rocks together? i wouldnt think that would be a bad idea if you need to arrange the rocks someday? or does it never get hard and you could just take it off after its been holding a rock for years?

Use plastic coat hangars and a drill. Drill your rocks and slide the coat hangar in and arrange as necessary. :)

I use epoxy sometimes. I get the waterproof kind they sell at walmart. It get very hard when it cures, but I don't have any problem breaking the rocks apart if I need to. You have to be patient when you use it, it doesn't hold or stick to anything until it cures.
Watch your skimmer for a couple of hours after you put epoxy in the water. Sometimes it will make the skimmer go crazy!

Totally true. Flooded my cabinet the first time I used that stuff.

I used it for my rocks and found that they come apart if too much pressure is applied....which happens when building your rock work. Great for attaching very small frag rocks to larger rocks.

That was my experience, as well.
