Test tubes/holder/ needle tops

Anyone know where I can get test tubes and a holder like a chem set to do better testing with better markings on them? possibly something to pull the water with like an IV bottle and pump the solution through the top so its measured perfectly and consistantly?

I can get needles etc at tractor supply for one time use...but nothing for good testing.
