choice of t5 bulbs

i have a hood with a 250w DE halide 12k reeflux and 2 24"t5...it appears that one of my t5 bulbs is no good anymore its a uv brand bulb..and my other bulb is a ati blue plus..i dont have individual reflectors and i know that makes them more effective but i just want to know what bulb would be good for me with my hood? i think i like the ati bulb its really bright..

I have uv and glo bulbs, the uv bulbs seem bright, but I have no complaint for the glo bulbs

Stick with the ati blue plus bulb.
