in the past few months my corraline is spreading like wild fire(yaaaaaa)and now all my rocks are like fully covered. and my once clean back of the tank is coverd by hundreds of purple dots of corraline...should i just leave it on the back?

Thats personal preference, do you like the the aged look of a tank thats been around for years or do you like the clean look?

like Jliu mentioned. All about personal preference. I personally do not like coralline on the back glass. The red background takes away from the look of some of my corals.

Along this line, any suggestion on how to get it off an acrylic tank without scratching it up?

I think that over time you will eventually give up on keeping the back free from coralline growth. I use to keep mine spotless and as more live rock was added and areas became harder to reach, I gave up.
So I prefer to spend the extra hours enjoying my tank!
