I am selling live phytoplankton (tetraselmis) motile green, 9-10nm wide, 12-14nm long, with 4 flagella which keep the cells moving rapidly and won't degrade water quality. I have a compound microscope for you to look through and verify with your own eyes the cell count and species. Popular food for filter feeding coral including rotifers, clams, oysters and larval shrimp. Organisms living in your sand, rock and refugium like copeopods and rotifers will multiply when given live phytoplankton on a regular basis which leads to lower nitrates, phosphates and ammonia in your aquarium.
Now you don't have to worry about polluting pristine tank water with dead bottled phytoplankton. I grow my phytoplankton with heat sterilized RO/DI water and I guarantee its purity. Your zoanthids will thank you.
Live brine shrimp (artemia) are a nutritious food for fish larva, small fry, sea horses, medium sized fish and coral.
Newly hatched (<0.6 mm in length) are high in fats 32%, protein 43%.
Juvenile and Adult (2.5 - 5mm) fat levels 17%, protein 63%

Once again, a great response from all of my reef inhabitants.
Having a seller that is local and selling LIVE food, especially at these low prices, you couldn't ask for anything better.
Having this quality (and generous quantity) shipped to you is still a tremendous bargain.
Thanks again Jordan!

I just bought some newly hatched BBS. Thousands of them for $6.00. For some reason my brine shrimp eggs did not hatch as expected. My Seahorse fry were going to starve. As I began frantically searching the net I remembered his post. Drove to his house and bought some. He threw in a bag of phyto at no charge. Yes! Thank you so much from me and my seahorse fry. I am also going to post this on Seahorse.Org just in case somebody else in Texas needs live food in a hurry.

Can you tell me approximately how large the juvenile brine shrimp are? Also, I usually buy adult shrimp by the teaspoon so can you tell me roughy how many tspns of adult brine there are in a liter just to give me an idea of the quantity (I've never counted how many are in a tspn).
Glad to hear you are doing tetraselmis. I'll definitely be getting some next time I have seahorse fry. I was reading that it has a couple of natural antibiotic like compounds and has been documented to reduce losses in larval fish. So it'll be interesting see if it reduces mortalities in the seahorse fry.

:applause: Ok this is the guy to go to if you need live food for your tank! The shipping prices are really amazing but if you can try to swing by in person. I saw the copepods and the phyto under the microscope, and learned how they were propagated and where they came from. It really is amazing to see what you are actually getting! He has a really cool setup and the best prices! I even got a free bag of phyto with my brine and copepods, and it was filled to the very top! Will definitely be going back every chance I get and encourage everyone to do the same!!
