DE 150w pendant, ballast and slightly used 14k bulb

Here's a couple of pix...they are ARO Electronic ballasts with 14k 150w bulbs roughly 2 mo. old. Sorry about the glare on the glass, they are clean but hard to get pic without glare from lights in ceiling.
