I subscribe to Aquarium Fish Internationl Magazine. Are there any other on the board that do as well? This month has a great article on Nano Reef fish- Unusual or Diffrent species of Nano reef fish rarely seen in the aquarium or that are simply not seen in stores often or simply overlooked. For example the Chalk Bass which im considering 2-3 for my 39g and Assessors which are really cool. Great article of you dont have a copy and have a nano and want something to stock with a bit more diffrent it has many great ideas.

The article specifically focuses on Small species of Perchlets, reef basslets, dwarf bass and assessors. Some examples they give that a great for nanos 30g and under include the Unarmed Perchlet(Plectranthias inermis), The Many lined Reef Basslet (Lioproma multilineatum), The Swissguard Bass(Lioproma rubre), The Chalk Bass (Serranus tortugarum), Yellow Assessor (Assessor flavissimus. The names a few more all of which are very cool, but stay small enough for a home nano of 10-30gs.

yeah i've got a yellow watchman and a lawnmower, but i want a few more fish that are so much bottom dwellers, i do have a clown hosting a gbta but he's really tiny, although he's tank raised and is ultra friendly. the lawnmower hide's in a hole less than an inch away from the bta and they get along fine. also won't dwarf angels nip at the corals?

Make sure to read all of the requirements for those fish. Some of the fish listed like less flow and subdued lighting.

They will all do well in a well lit reef as long as they have a overhang or cave type dwelling to give them a little shade.

I, too, subscribe to this magazine.
Good articles like the one you mentioned. Feather duster article in this month's also good.

Right now they have a special, 12 issues for $20.00. We have purchased the last two issues from a retailer, and subscribed last week. If you purchase from a retailer, your paying $4 plus tax an issue, only makes sense to subscribe.

My wife purchased a subscription over a year and a half and it wasn't half bad. When the subcription ran out they kept sending me magazines and then some lady called and I renewed for another five years. I always pick up the Coral magazine, but it happens to be Bi-Monthly
