Way way better....would never go back to PC's. T5 bulbs last much longer as well. Will save you lots of $ in the long run.

Huge difference with good reflectors. Up until a year ago I always supplemented with PC. When I moved to t-5 I was super impressed.

we made the switch from pc to t5's about a month ago, it was one of the best decisions we made for our tank! corals that had lost their color have regained/are regaining their color again, everything looks so much nicer and brighter too! very worth it and its so much cheaper!
