Our German friend will not stop bringing in chaetomorpha. I don't know where to put it all. Therefore, all club members are welcome to come get a free bag through this Sunday.

Good stuff! Thank you for the ginormous bag. It was filled with all types of pod-y goodness! I keep a culture of pods going and it's always fun to find a new type of bug.

ps - Kind of random, but what is the difference between the thicker, more wiry chaeto vs. the finer, softer stuff that you guys have?

I've seen both types, and can't tell if they are different species or growth forms in response to light/ depth etc...
However, if they are indeed different species, the thin soft chaeto seems the faster grower.
