Fungia Plate Coral - infection?

Hi there,

My small orange plate coral has developed some red areas on it's underside. I've been watching it to see if the areas would spread or other symptoms would develop, but nothing. :confused:

I need to help my little orange buddy :(

Is it fungal or algae??? Almost looks like some cyano.
