As you may know I had a problem with a unit I bought from Trey at www.top-off.com (http://www.top-off.com). Well he fixed the problem super quick and even sent my classroom tank the upgraded unit for no extra charge. Well the kids take care of the 75 gallon tank. So....yesterday the were changing water and doing some maintenance and dropped the power supply into the top off tank. :at_wits_end: Well it destroyed the 5.9 v PS that controls the top off unit. I called Trey and asked to buy another PS. He said that he would send me one no charge. I argued with him and said I wanted to pay. He said no. He is shipping another PS out tomorrow and does not want money. This man is fantastic. I am getting ready to order moonlights from him tomorrow and I think I will add a little extra for all of the trouble I have caused him. Just wanted everyone to know about his stuff and what a great guy he is.

I second that, and a really nice guy to chat with. I don't remember if he was at last years collection trip (don't remember much about last years though), but the year before we talked for quite a while about his stuff and ideas. Very nice guy and his product looks very failsafe, and as some on here know from my past posts, I'm a big dis-believer in using electronic products as top off myself. I give him a big kudos on his setup and would definitely use it if I was setting up again.
