Little Pinkish/orange crabs?

I have these little fuzzy crabs , about the size of a nickel. I see one come out of a rock(the same rock) about once a month. I then see it completely murdered in the next day or 2. This also is the same rock I see a brittle worm come out of pretty often. What are they? Are tehy bad, and how do they keep popping up?

If they are what I think they are check your sps very well, especially in the branches of any branching SPS. I saw Ace pick some out while shopping at B&B one day.

I only have a green slimer and a couple of monti caps, but this guy never seems to leave the arearight outside the rock. He just sits there on the substrate right next to the rock, which is a baserock.
