I built this bed for my daughter to give her more space in her bedroom. It's has a twin size mattress that sits on a 3/4 in sheet of plywood. It's very solid. (My wife and I could both sit up there with the little ones and read stories, ect.) It was passed on to my son, and he "stickered it up" pretty well. I'm sure it would clean up pretty easily, though.

The futon pictured will fit underneath, but I don't remember if it could be opened into the bed or not. (It might hit the support legs. I just don't remember because there was a dresser next to the bed, and the futon would have hit the dresser anyway.)

$150 for the bed and mattress
$ 50 for the futon

or, $175 for all three.

(Sorry, the cat is NOT for sale!)

This is a really cool bed. My wife and I are getting a new king size bed, and she does not want to get rid of the old one. So, my son is getting the queen size. Someone make me an offer.

The futon is gone. If you want the loft bed, you can have it. My wife wanted it out of the house, and I don't want to put it up in the attic. It's now sitting on the curb. Call me at 288-8999 and I'll bring it into the garage for you. If not, I guess I'm bringing it to the dump.

I'll take it if you've still got it, but it's after 10 PM and afraid to call as it may be too late.
