My wife and I are transferring in Oct to another base that unfortunately only allows 2 dogs. I am trying to place him now because if someone decides down the road they don't want, have the time for, or whatever reason, I want him back to try and place him again. I would prefer a home that has kids or people that have the time to spend with him, and some kind of a yard for him to play/exercise. He is a great little dog and my wife and I are truly sad that we have to go through this, as our pets are part of our family.

Anyhow, I will tell you about the dog. He turned 1 in Nov, so he is still a puppy. Obviously HE is a boy and is fixed. We just got all his annual shots for the year and also had his yearly check up. He is current on heart guard as well. He is brown and loves to cuddle, whether it be laying on the couch/chair beside you, or cuddling up against you in bed for the night. He IS a lap dog and weighs roughly 16 lbs. (He's VERY spoiled.) GREAT with kids (our youngest is about to be 2) and other dogs, big or small. We have accessories for him such as a crate and he is crate trained and also will go into the crate on command. He is house trained and does not shed ( will require grooming every month or 2). He doesn't usually get into anything, but we do crate him when we leave the house if no one is home. He is out all night though and like I said, usually sleeps with us or on the pillow on the floor with our female Bull Mastiff.

He is FREE and comes with a crate, some toys, rabies tag and collar, vaccination papers, and whatever else I can find for him I will throw in a brand new bag of dog food as well). I just want him to go to a good home. He loves to play, go for walks, and he fetches balls. Any questions or if you are interested, plz contact me via pm and we can get together or what not.

As a younger puppy

Now, right before we got him groomed and cut shorter since it is warming up.

His name is Peanut and he is absolutely the sweetest little thing. I went to their house to give them the money for the order and was only there maybe 10 minutes and he was giving me kisses and rolling over so I could rub his belly. He's an absolute sweet heart!!!! If I didn't already have 12 dogs I would have taken him on the spot. Right now I'm just the backup in case they can't find him a good home. He's a love and will be a great addition to any loving family I am sure.

I so wish I could take him in!!! I want a little dog, but hubby says no. We've got 6 large dogs and one foster, but our new house will have plenty of room. All are inside dogs too. He's sooo cute!!!
