Has anybody dealt with these guys before. I orderd a top off from them last week. I can't get it to work. So I emailed them. They are ignoring my emails. Did I get taken for a ride? Does anybody have the basic top off and does it work. Maybe I am just stupid and can't it it to work. Any suggestions.

Wonderful, I just ordered the same kit Sunday night!! Keep me posted on how your situation turns out. I'll let you know if my kit works when it gets here.

I think that this is a side business for him - and he has a "real" job. Be patient, he has responded well to me, usually in the evening.

Yeah I've heard nothing but good things about that shop. Why not just call them?

David I purchased from him a month ago and had no problems. Took about 2weeks for me to get but it worked great.

I find no phone # for him. Also I have sent several emails over several days and no answer from him. The switch doesn't switch on or off anything attached to it.

David call me and I can get this cleared-up for you. He is a great friend, and I have two units working. He is a Chemical Engineer and sometimes is out of the country. Just give him time to rectify the problem. I and others have had no problems with his units.

I have the dual deluxe unit and it has been functioning 100% for about a year and a half. I routinely leave my tank for 5-7 days, and have left it for up to 12 days with no problems.

It is a great product, you must have received a defective unit

I need the unit to work because I am heading out of town for Spring Break and no one at school understands how to add water to the tank in my classroom. I will wait and see about him contacting me. Thanks for the help guys. I knew the switch couldn't be too dificult to connect.

Just got off the phone with Trey www.Top-off.com (http://www.Top-off.com) He has made me a replacement unit and is shipping it out . A super nice guy. Wants to put the customer first. He has been having server problems with email. So....... everything seems to worked out. :bighug:. We have upgraded the switch to the deluxe.Thanks to BB for contacting him for me. Next step is to order his moon lights. Anybody need to order any moonlights? we can save money on shipping.

But really though, that is great. Glad you got it worked out. I wish this would have come up earlier...I just ordered some moonlights (DIY kit) from Ebay.....

My kit came today. It took about 5 minutes to get it up and running. So far so good!!!!
