Ok! The bulbs were already in when I bought the fixture. I am trying to change out one bulb. I unscrewed the outer caps and push the O ring, twisted the bulb 1/4 turn and it still won't budge. I also push back on the mounting brackets, but it doesn't come out. Is there a secret handshake?
Never mind....I went back with some *** words and it came right out. Go figure.
