It could be a myriad of things. Your temperature could be dropping lower than you want it to overnight, and this could be the cause.... Could you tell us about your setup?

well I have a 65g tank with an eheim 2215 filter, forget the brand name heater but its one of the good ones, for water movement I have 3 powerheads each a different brand, as for lighting I have a single 96w pc setup.... 120 pounds of LR and a 4inch sandbed... hope this helps some... and I have about 24 blue leg hermits and 1 scarlet crab

Do you find them twitching? Are you sure what you are finding are not the molts? Have you noticed the bicolor chasing or eyeballing them? It sounds like you have a sturdy setup with ample LR and sand. Are you acclimating them correctly?

no never twitchin and I'm pretty sure it was them and not the mold... I did not see the bi color eyeballin them...Do they eat shrimp?? if they do I did not know that?? I acclimated them right I mean the banded lived one whole day and the cleaner shrimp lived 5-6 days..

Mine eats shrimp alot. It used to fight my scorpion for them. They are primarilly herbivores, and tend to eat algaes, sponges and the like. There is always the occasion where they may decide that they like other foods! For as peaceful of a fish as they are, mine's a tyrant. :p

Have you checked you alk at night? You could be going through a ph/alk swing from lights off to lights on that could be causing it. It could be that you have one of the harmful bristleworms, or a rogue voracious starfish that is stressing them out after dark.
