These things started showing up in my tank when the only life I had was a few corals, crabs, and snails.

Any ideas what they are?

They look like miniature nudibranchs.

I'd Be a bit cautious to use any Flatworm Exit on a tank that size, if your fish load isn't too heavy, you might consider a sixline wrasse. They're pretty good at keeping the population under control, but it's unlikely one will eradicate your problem.

Get a 6-line wrasse and hope it keeps them in check!!! You also may try dipping individual rocks to try and get rid of some of them.

I dont see any immidiade problems with using Flatworm Exit on a tank that size as long as you follow the instructions. Siphon out as many as possible, do a water change and run carbon, the most important thing would be to siphon out as many as possible, do a water change and run carbon... lol

I used to have lots of those. they are flatworms. If you use flatworm exit you must be ready for a BIG BIG BIG water change they release toxins when they die which Will kill everything in your tank, happened to me. I have since then I introduced a green coris wrasse and havent seen a single flatworm or zooanthid nudi since

OH forgot to mention. In the 5 years prior I NEVER had these pests. I had a green coris during that time. He took care of the pyramid snails that were killing my clams. He died and 5to6 months later I was infested with those reddish flatworms and zoo eating nudis. Shortly after putting a green wrasse back in my system no more pests. no chemicals.
coincidence?

I picked up a 6line and I haven't found any flat worms.
