A 40 frag pack from reefermadness!!!!

Lots of colors and great assortment. My camera is terrible but I will try to get a picture tommorrow. I am impressed with so many colors.

And.. I was working in my tank just a minute ago, and that WITCH of a fish, Big Bertha (GSM clown) bit me (she draws blood!) and I reacted. My elbow went up, and I broke a vho... in my tank. What effect can this have??? Part of it went in my tank. I am cleaning it up, but I figure I better ask. I am ( - ) this close... to getting rid of that dang fish!

Sorry... I should have taken pics when my lights were on, even if with my crappy camera. I asked for caps and they sent four. One I think is RTN'ing. One is very faint ??, with blue polyps. Another is a bright but dark green. And then there is a neon green cap. I got some sps that have purple and blue. I asked for yellow and they sent me a number of yellow sps frags. Zooanthids all are nice, none dull.

My spouse attempted to order this but reefermadness is moving and their phone lines were down. Eddie gave up and just ordered a 30 and 20 frag pack because he had to talk to Kris to order the 40 as it wasnt on the website. Eddie told me what he did on Wed, I emailed and Kris fixed it no problem. Asked me what I wanted and did a great job. I am really impressed with them.

I dont know about everyone else but my fish tank is a sore spot....LOL, yea. So the fact that he got my something for it rocks!

For your problem question - I did that too about a year ago. Broke the bulb, a bunch of it landed in the tank. The consensus here was that it SHOULD be OK, and to run some carbon. That's what I did. Still a bit worried about the mecury levels... Maybe that's why my fish are so stupid!

Well congrats, I do have a quick question though...how do they look compared to the shots taken online. I have contemplated ordering from them before, but was told they do a MARVELOUS job at photoshopping and their peices never looked like they did online.

Sorry.. I got busy! I took some pics today.

I am overall still very pleased with my frags. They have lost some of their color since they came in (I only noticed that tonight, as I really havent had time to look at my tank too much). I took pics for those who have asked about the frag pack specifically.

If you cant get into them, let me know. I have a four year old kodak cheap camera. The colors are not right. I run 14k bulbs and have vho actinics, but it doesnt look like it from my pictures. So, the frag colors are off as well. The blue ends though are not so blue as the first day they came in and other colors have washed out on some of them as well. If you read on reefcentral, this is expected. Some say that they will come back after a few months. I have seen alot of corals in the sale trade on reef central that are beautiful that are rm frag grow outs. We will see. I have lost five out of my 40. Two were lps and three sps. One was the prettiest whitish plating coral that had these blue polyps. It was my favorite piece, so go figure. But for the price, I couldnt be more pleased overall with the frag pack.

My 30th birthday is in a few weeks :D !!!!
