Shipping Boxes

I am looking for medium to large shipping boxes in the Austin area. The boxes need to have both the outside cardboard and the styro inside. I know I can pick these up at most shops, but it is hit or miss. I am shipping ~200lbs of rock to Seattle, just to give you an idea of what I need.

I have a few large ones but don't know when I'll be coming to Austin. My wife would LOVE for them to have a new home!

I ship a ton of motorcycles with Forward Air. For that amount of rock I'd suggest building a wood crate with 1x4 and plywood. Would cost about $30, charge the buyer for it. Then line it with styrofoam Rboard. Ship it with Forward Air dock to dock, make them pick it up there.
