deleting PM

i just emptyed my entire PM folder, but it still says my PM is 100% full. what gives? can anyone out there direct me to a solution? i have some PM out that i've been expecting a reply on.

did you delete all your pm folders, like your sent box?

yea your sent box is included in the 100% so you will have to clean it out also
